Learn the fundamentals of Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) during an intensive but fun workout session guided by our local Thai professional trainers.

Known as “The Art of Eight Limbs” because it combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins – Muay Thai is Thailand’s national sport and is considered one of the best all-round activities for physical conditioning.

With gloves and protective equipment provided, you will learn to punch (chok), elbow (sok), kick (te) and knee (te khao) in a safe and guided environment using punch-bags and sparring gloves (no physical contact).

While this is an extremely entertaining and gratifying activity, those not used to regular physical activity may find themselves waking up with aching muscles the following morning!
