Management Team
James Harris: Director
James joined Coral Seekers in 2008 after many years living in Hong Kong and China where he was in the human resources consulting industry. A graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst in the UK, James has benefited from one of the best leadership and management training programmes in the world.
Prior to relocating to Phuket, James spent 10 years pioneering a successful business in Hong Kong and Mainland China which was acquired in 2005 by a large UK-based publicly quoted company. James is a keen sailor and participant in outdoor pursuits.
Karen Harris: Director
Karen hails from Staffordshire in the UK, but has spent much of the past 20+ years in Asia, particularly Hong Kong. After graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Karen was attached to a Gurkha Infantry Battalion and after leaving the army she remained in Hong Kong to pursue a career in investment banking.
Karen has a diverse and rich background spanning military, corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She brings to Coral Seekers a unique set of professional skills and experience in leadership, team building, coaching and management.
Stuart Clark: General Manager
Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne in the north of England, Stuart perfected his group skills in the Cumbrian hills where he gained qualifications and experience in teaching rock climbing, canoeing and archery along with many team building and problem solving activities.
Moving to the warmer climes of Phuket in 2006 he brought his personality and experience to help define Coral Seekers as the “number one“ corporate team building facility on the island.
